お支払いについて About Payment
現地決済では、現金・クレジットカード、電子マネーでのお支払いが可能です。
Local payment can be made by cash, credit card, or electronic money.
キャンセル料について Cancellation Policy
キャンセルのご連絡は7日前までにお願いいたします。
それ以降は、当施設の宿泊約款に基づいた以下のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
＊6日前～2日前…料金の30% ＊前日…料金の50% ＊当日…料金の100%
また、ご連絡がなくお越しにならない場合も全額の違約金を申し受けますのでご了承ください。
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. After that date, the following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of this facility. 6 days to 2 days prior to arrival: 30% of the room charge *Day before arrival: 50% of the room charge *Day of arrival: 100% of the room charge
If you do not show up without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the penalty.
〈ご宿泊〉チェックイン・アウトについて About check-in and check-out
チェックイン受付時間は15時〜21時、チェックアウトは翌朝10時までとなっております。
一軒貸しの宿泊施設のため、スタッフは建物内に常駐しておりません。
チェックイン予定時間を過ぎる場合は、必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. the next morning. As we are a one-house rental facility, our staff is not stationed inside the building. Please be sure to contact us if you plan to check in later than the scheduled time.
〈ご宿泊〉お子様のご利用について About children's use
お布団をご利用しないお子様は、無料でご利用いただけます。お布団の準備が必要なお子様は、大人料金と同様、サービス料として3,000円頂戴します。
Children who do not use a futon can use the room free of charge. For children who require bedding, a service fee of 3,000 yen will be charged, the same as for adults.
